ÓRALE’s mission is to build and sustain a thriving immigrant-led movement to end the criminalization of immigrants and secure bold protections and advancements that allow immigrant communities to thrive.

ÓRALE’s power building, organizing, digital advocacy, and health equity programming strengthens community members capacity to: build power amongst one another, push for just local policy change, advocate for equitable City budget allocation, and transform the landscape and ecosystem in their own communities. ÓRALE’s Health Equity programs like our own mutual aid programming addresses the devastating food apartheid in Long Beach, and then acts, delivers, and works to nourish more than 1,000 families a year. ÓRALE’s work ensures that immigrants can stand in their dignity and have the power to shift the conditions that create circumstances of oppression, in the first place, we go after the root of systemic injustices-- and move from there.
